    Need to exchange? No Problem! Exchanges are welcome via mail or in-store with proof of purchase. Items eligible for exchange must be in their original condition; unwashed and unworn. Items not in this condition will not be accepted. Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged. No Cash Back or Credit Back on Cards. To help us speed up your request, please give us a call (479) 927-4062 to start your exchange. We recommend that you return items via an insured mail service for your protection. Don’t worry, we will cover the shipping costs to get it back to you.
    Please note that the Naturals Team Store will only refund original shipping costs if items were received in error. Once we have received your item(s), we will refund the original shipping cost to your original payment method, and ship out the correct item (based on availability).

    Damaged or Defective Items

    Partial Orders

    If you received a partial order, please send us an email with the details of your partial order inquiry by using the contact us form. Please ensure to include the full details of what item(s) you are missing from your order, as well as the item(s) you did receive.

    If you received an email stating one of your items is currently backordered or may experience a delay, please review that email to inform you of when your item will be shipped out.
